Home Improvement/Repair Referrals - We provide a simple solution to the problem of finding pre-screened, licensed and insured home service professionals, at NO CHARGE! Simply contact us with details of your project. We check the contractors in our network for Licenses, Insurance, Customer References, Better Business Bureau/Consumer Affairs Records, Criminal Records (as available), Business References, litigation, & more. Additional services include on-going evaluation during the project and follow-up after the project is completed. We are proud to refer contractors that we would use in our own homes.
Our Story
While planning a our own home improvement project, we found a need existed for a service matching home owners and contractors. In March of 2004, Hoosier House Help, LLC was launched, providing free referrals to homeowners while helping local contractors grow their businesses. In January of 2009, home inventory services were added to our offerings.
Our Team
Hoosier House Help, LLC was founded in 2003 by Jennifer & Rob Mackinday, in Bloomington, Indiana, USA. In 2006, Project Managers were added to the team, providing homeowners with one-on-one service. Our Project Managers set appointments, answer questions, and provide communication.
